History

Company founder
Areg Arutyunyan

  • In 1999, we’ve started to manufacture windows, in a volume of 10 windows/day. Then we had 1 office in Tallinn.
  • In 2000, we’ve opened 2 branches in Tallinn.
  • In 2001, we’ve purchased additional equipment and our production volumes have increased up to 25 windows/day.
  • In 2002, we have opened yet another 2 branches in Tallinn and, therefore, with 4 ARUTECH offices, have covered practically all city districts, so that every Tallinn city could find an ARUTECH branch not far from his/her place of residence.
  • In 2003, we have opened offices in Tartu and Pärnu, bringing total amount of offices up to 6. In these two cities have been created our logistic centres.
  • In 2004, we have purchased a new production line and the rate of production has reached 90 windows/shift or 180 windows/ day.
  • In 2004, we have opened offices in Narva, Ahtme, Kohtla-Järve, Jõhvi, Rakvere, Keila. As a result, we had 12 offices and 5 logistic centres.
  • In 2005, we have opened offices in Haapsalu, Viljandi and Jõgeva, so, all in all we had 14 branch offices and 7 logistic centres.
  • In 2005, ARUTECH occupied 6th place among the 500 fastest developing companies in Tallinn.
  • In 2006, branch offices have been opened in Maardu, Sillamäe, Valga, Võru, Paide, Rapla and, as a result, ARUTECH had 21 branch offices and 10 logistic centres
  • In the period 2007-2009, in order to optimize costs, ARUTECH closed 3 branch offices (Maardu, Sillamäe, Pärnu)
  • In 2010, we have transferred two Tallinn branch offices: Mustamäe and Haabersti to more prestigious and convenient sales centres
  • In 2011, the Head Office of ARUTECH PARIMAD AKNAD moved to a new place, having expanded considerably its productional and office spaces. Today, the head office and productional facilities are situated at the address: Peterburi tee 47B, possessing 3 000 m2 of productional space and 400m2 of office area. Today ARUTECH has 130 employees. 2 production lines are installed, with production capacity of 350-400 windows a day. On July 22, 2011, ARUTECH PARIMAD AKNAD obtained the International Quality Management Certificate ISO9001: 2008 and Environmental Management Certificate ISO 14001:2004. These certificates cover the sales, manufacture and installation of plastic windows, plastic doors and partitions. This is a major step in the development of our Company, which grants us full powers to talk about ourselves as about the European level Company in quality management and ecology issues. In addition, we have received a CE marking opportunity, which confirms that our windows with GEALAN structural sections, have passed the tests successfully and fully correspond to the EU requirements in the manufacture of windows - EVS-EN 14351-1:2006 + A1: 2010.
