Quality and environment policy

Quality policy:

  1. Product quality. The windows are manufactured from high-quality modern materials, using modern equipment and following the design, the client’s wishes and all European production norms and standards (EVS-EN 14351).
  2. Delivery time of products. A product must be not only manufactured with high quality, but also delivered to the client on time. A well thought-out planning system is used for ensuring the respecting of delivery deadlines, taking into account all wishes and requests of the client.
  3. Assembly quality. The removal and installation of windows is performed by qualified specialists who have absolved prior training, use modern tools and high-quality installation materials, and follow the design and the client’s wishes. The windows are fastened to the window opening via special anchors which conform to the European norms of the industry. The windows are delivered to the installation site with a special means of transport, employing all necessary safety measures.

Environment policy:

  1. Increasing the energy efficiency of equipment and decreasing the electricity consumption. In order to increase energy efficiency, special production equipment has been procured which conforms to the European standards. In order to decrease electricity consumption, the enterprise replaced a tenant so that the heating system was switched from stove to gas burner.
  2. Reducing СО2 emissions. In order to reduce fuel consumption, the routes of measurers and installation teams are carefully planned. Also, cars were procured for the branches with logistics departments.
  3. Reduction of wastes. The production equipment is adjusted for conserving use of materials. There are practically no plastic wastes. The few wastes still generated are disposed of by a specialised enterprise.
  4. Recycling of wastes. The wastes related to our activities (wooden windows and other construction waste) are disposed of by specialised enterprises.
