Our Ideology

First of all:

We have created a company in order to improve constantly and to try to be the best company, applying our best efforts, and there is never a limit to this goal. We shall strive to be the most friendly, correct and accurate. The work shall be done quickly and efficiently.

In the second place:

We are all accountable to those who work with us. The work should bring a sense of satisfaction for a good result, and pride for the fact that everyone is a member of the team, which goals and objectives are common and understandable. Management must be fair. The employees shall have the opportunity to express their wishes and complaints, the managers at all levels must be competent and respectable. We shall have conditions for the promotion of decent employees, and every person should be perceived as an individual. We should be open to innovations, and encourage creative ideas and proposals. Relationships between employees should be based on honesty, sanity, understanding and mutual respect.

In the third place:

In our activities we are also responsible to the society and we are exerting influence on society. We must be decent people; we must support our close ones and charities.

In the fourth place:

Business must generate a substantial income, it is necessary to create reserves, to anticipate difficult times, to invest in new equipment, to expand business, to build new production facilities, to develop and launch new products into production.
